Anushka sharma is an actress and Bollywood actor and producer. She is among the highest-paid actresses, and was awarded numerous accolades for her performances. She is also the brand ambassador of several brands, and she is the owner of her own line of clothing for women that is called Nush. Forbes Magazine also featured her. Anushka Sharma was born on May 1, 1988, Ayodhya located in Uttar Pradesh. Her parents were Kumar Sharma & Ashima Sharma. Anushka Sharma's father was a retired colonel. Anushka began an acting course and began auditioning for movies alongside her modelling career. In 2008 Anushka Sharma began her acting career with the movie Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi opposite Shah Rukh Khan. In order to prepare for the screening test, Anushka Sharma stayed all day. Later, she signed up for three movies with Yash Raj Films. She was the young wife of a man who was older in the movie (the the same role Shah Rukh Khan played). The film was hit on the box office and was the second-highest-grossing movie of 2008. Anushka performed with Shahid Kapoor, Vi Das Shahid Kapoor, Vir Das and Meiyang Chang in the 2010 film "Badmash Company". The movie received mixed reviews. In the same year, Anushka Sharma was seen in the film "Band Baaja Baaraat' along with Ranveer Singh in an upper-middle class Punjabi girl who begins her own business of wedding planning. This movie was well received and was later a sleeper. In Band Baaja Baaraat, Anushka's three-film agreement under the Yash Raj Films banner was completed.
